 Ouachita Rehabilitation and Fitness Center
is located in the Crestwood Professional Building east of Mena Medical Center in Mena, Arkansas. The Center provides out-patient Physical Therapy and
Occupational Therapy services as well as a fitness center.
Health Improvement Program
Your membership in the Health Improvement Program at Ouachita Rehabilitation and Fitness Center includes instruction in the use of the
exercise equipment and an introduction to a fitness program. Further training with a personal trainer is available by appointment. There is a $50.00 fee for fitness evaluation, but reevaluations
are free as long as you remain a member. Membership is limited to age 16 and above, however, ages 12 to15 must be accompanied by member parents.
