Fitness Center memberships are available to persons 14 years of age or older. Selectorized (stacked)
weights, free weights and cardiovascular equipment are available. Our staff includes an Exercise Physiologist/Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and personal trainers. Fitness evaluations
and expert instruction are available to help you start and continue an exercise program. The staff is always available to assist members during hours of operation.
