Water Exercise is available with the use of our SwimEx therapeutic Pool, which is twelve feet long, six feet wide and five feet deep.
The pool's adjustable current is generated by an enclosed paddle wheel. Speeds from 0-6.4 miles per hour can be attained by the touch of a button, which allows participants to swim or exercise against resistance. Our aquatic therapy services are available to rehab patients and fitness center members.
