 Ouachita Rehabilitation and Fitness Center aerobic room boasts an Exerflex Floor System. The
wood surface is made of 7/8 inch beech hardwood and 3/4 inch foam underlayment. The floor absorbs the shock of the participants impact on the floor and provides a safe, comfortable surface
for exercising. Aerobic services include: high and low impact aerobics, step aerobics, toning and conditioning, Tae-Cardio aerobic an karate classes. Our instructors, along with the Exerflex Floor
and exceptional sound system, offer a refreshing alternative for aerobic conditioning.
