Ouachita Rehabilitation and Fitness Center
is located in the Crestwood Professional Building
east of Mena Medical Center in Mena, Arkansas. The Center provides out-patient Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy services as well as a fitness center and is open to the public.
Health Improvement Program
Your membership in the Health Improvement Program at Ouachita Rehabilitation and Fitness Center
includes instruction in the use of the exercise equipment and an introduction to a fitness program. Membership is limited to age 12 and above, however, ages 12 & 13 must work out with a parent and ages 14 & 15 must be accompanied by an adult member.
